Are Conservatory Roof Windows Included in the Cleaning?

We generally include the windows of your conservatory in our cleaning service, but the roof windows are not part of our standard package. If you’d like us to clean the roof windows, we’ll be happy to accommodate that request. Just let us know before we provide you with your quote, and we’ll ensure everything is covered.

Will Cleaning Create a Mess?

While some mess is inevitable during the cleaning process, we take great pride in leaving your property spotless. Our team ensures that any debris or residue from cleaning is fully cleaned up before we leave. The only thing we can’t speed up is drying the floor after a thorough clean! Rest assured, we’ll always leave your space looking as good as new.

Do You Use Chemicals in Your Cleaning?

We only use chemicals when necessary for specific tasks, such as removing weeds and algae from patios and driveways or applying sealant for extra protection. Our team uses eco-friendly and safe cleaning solutions, ensuring a thorough clean while minimising the impact on your property and the environment.

Do You Need to Use My Water Supply?

We carry around 400 liters of water with us, which is usually enough for most jobs. However, our industrial-grade pressure washers can consume over 600 liters per hour at full capacity. If we cannot access an outside tap, we may need to split the job into multiple visits, which could increase the quote. Let us know if water access could be a challenge, and we’ll adjust accordingly.
